The Poppy Program is a program that allows McDowell Arts Council Association Staff to work directly with artists with special needs to sell their art in the Artisan Gift Shop. The sale of their art is at a reduced commission and promote their art in a way that is respectful, empowering, and respects their creative boundaries. Art is for everyone.
